The office of the Chairman of the Board is responsible for public relations, scheduling, planning, correspondence and administration of records as well as for assisting the chairman and other board members in carrying out their daily duties.

Furthermore, the office is also responsible for coordinating the tasks of individual departments and the office of the managing director.
