SUMMER 2013 PROGRAM

The Conservative Yeshiva Summer Program offers the opportunity for intensive Hebrew and Jewish text study in a dynamic learning community. The Volunteer and Study program offers the opportunity of giving back to the Jerusalem community by volunteering with an Israeli non-profit organization, while also studying at the Yeshiva.

Beginning and advanced students are welcome.
Session I: June 23 - July 11, 2013
Session II: July 14 – August 1, 2013
(Sessions will not be repetitive)

The Conservative Yeshiva Summer Program includes:

* Five levels of Hebrew Ulpan each morning
* Advanced  Talmud - intensive each  morning
* Classes in Rabbinic Texts, Tanach, Tefillah, & Halacha
* A chance to be part of a diverse learning community
* Three volunteer tracks: education, caring for the community, organizational development

T'FILLA LEADERS EUROPEAN RETREAT
JUNE 6TH - 9TH 2013

Now in it's second successful year don't miss this amazing  opportunity to join us for this  unique and special learning experience for all prayer leaders at Skeet Hill House, Orpington, Kent, UK.
Join four amazing teachers who will encourage all to lead - or share in leading - one or more of the daily and Shabbat services, bensching, leyning and similar t'filla activities.
You will be able to use your own tradition and experience the tradition of others from all over the world.
Regular t'filla labs throughout each day will be the vehicle for providing feedback on leadership skills, t'filla construction, use of melody and voice. All of this is done in a safe and  sacred place to ensure everybody is nurtured and supported.
